What Branagh did to dig into his childhood experience, and through that weave a tender tale in which we view the beginning of the Catholic/Protestant conflict in Ireland through the eyes of an optimistic child, was nothing short of masterful.
BUT... I just rewatched C'mon C'mon, and I simply can't not give it this award, for the stunningly beautiful story structure and dialogue in this film. It's out of this world human and touching, enhanced by an innovative framework.
